Spedimex on the list of Poland's Best Employers according to the Forbes magazine
Spedimex was incuded on the list of the 300 best employers according to the Forbes magazine. The results of the first edition of the Poland's Best Employer program were based on anonymous opinions of employees from over 1800 companies employing at least 250 people in Poland.
In the "Transport and Logistics" category, Spedimex took 9th place among the 31 best employers in the sector.
The list of the 300 Best Employers was prepared with the participation of the content partner, Statista - co-creator of the most famous "Best Emloyers" rankings in the world.
The ranking took into account such criteria as: willingness of employees to recommend their employer, image of the employer, level of remuneration, working time, possibility of promotion and development, working conditions and equipment, sustainable development or workload.
