Through everyday, even the smallest actions, we want to protect the natural environment. Our idea includes a multilateral approach to taking actions supporting environmental protection.

The Corporate Social Responsibility program is based on three main pillars.

We support local communities among whom the company operates

We support local communities on a regular basis. We concentrate our activities in the areas of sport, education, health and culture. We partner with actions supporting school environments as well as cultural and sports events. We are a long-term partner of the "Jastrzębie Łaskie" Bicycle Club.

We sponsor cultural events of the largest format in the Łódź region,


We are involved in local social campaigns aimed at promoting the Łódź Voivodeship,


We help organizations and associations that direct their help to the most needy people,


We support organizations that disseminate modern education methods in order to provide equal social opportunities,


We are a partner of the largest sports events in Łódź and the region,


We sponsor social campaigns aimed at protecting health and life and improving safety.

We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our operations

We are aware of the impact on the environment in which we operate. Therefore, through our daily practice, we cultivate an attitude aimed at protecting the natural environment. We implement it, among others, by such actions as segregating waste (foil, paper, e-waste), economical management of natural resources (efficient use of energy, water, light), promoting positive actions among employees and by optimizing transport routes - thanks to the implemented IT systems (TMS).

  • Waste segregation

    We segregate waste in our warehouses: foil, paper, glass, e-waste. We work with companies that professionally deal with the recycling of used raw materials.

  • Save paper

    We have introduced e-invoice, instead of paper invoices sent by traditional mail. We have implemented mobile terminals to handle deliveries, which allow us to reduce the consumption of paper by up to 100,000 tons per year.

  • Eco-sensitivity

    We promote and encourage employees to take positive actions in the field of environmental protection.

  • Energy saving

    Our warehouses and terminals are class A facilities, equipped with energy-saving lighting and heating solutions. We use energy, water and light efficiently, ensuring the rational use of resources.

  • Optimization

    Our IT systems are designed to optimize transport routes. This makes it possible to minimize the number of kilometers traveled.

  • Reduction of exhaust gases

    We use electric trucks that reduce the emission of exhaust fumes. We promote eco - driving and the proper use of our subcontractors' car fleet.

We build organizational culture supporting development of our employees

Development inside the organization

We build organizational culture that allows our employees to develop inside our organization. We encourage them to increase their performance. Thanks to the use of internal recruitment many members of the management staff are people who were promoted from positions lower in the company’s structure. We popularize practices of equal chances among current and potential employees.

Flexible organizational structure

We are convinced that the flat organizational structure creates better conditions for expressing initiative and engagement among employees. Beside internal recruitment in the company, we allow development through training and including into teams implementing new projects.

 

We share our knowledge

We share our experience and knowledge with students during apprenticeships and internships we organize. Our experts reveal practical aspects of work in the area of logistics and transport during lectures and workshops.
